UAE To Install The First Interactive Teller Machine
Emirates NBD, the largest lender in the UAE, will soon be launching the first interactive teller machine in the Gulf region, reports Arabianbusiness.com. The machine will enable users to speak with centrally located bank employees through real-time video. ITM customers will be able to conduct 95 percent of their banking transactions and speak with bank staff from anywhere in the region instead of just local branches. These ITMs will be available for use 24/7 and will also include an ID scanner and signature pad, which allows them to withdraw more money than before.
