Zaki Named President Of Adyen North America

International and multichannel payment solutions provider Adyen has appointed Kamran Zaki as president, Adyen North America. The company plans to relocate its North American headquarters from Boston to San Francisco.

Zaki joins Adyen from Netflix, where he served as the head of global payments for the past two years.

At Adyen, Zaki will oversee all North American operations, including sales, marketing, product development and customer support, and he will be responsible for expanding Adyen’s business throughout the region. Peter Caparso, who previously served as president, North America, will continue to lead all of Adyen’s commercial activities in the U.S. market.

“The US is a very strategic market for Adyen, having experienced a fantastic growth in the region last year,” Pieter van der Does, CEO of Adyen, said in a press release. “We look forward to Kamran driving our future success and building the Adyen brand here as we continue expanding our portfolio of payment solutions for some of the most admired U.S. companies.”
