The business card portfolio of U.S. consumer and commercial banking business Chase, called Ink from Chase, announced yesterday (July 8) the launch of its rebranded and redesigned mobile application, created specifically with small business owners in mind.
The redesigned Ink app — which is available on iPhone and Android devices — aims to provide customers with a greater flexibility when it comes to managing their businesses while on the go, through features such as instant purchase alerts, organization tools and employee spending limit adjustments.
“The new Ink app was designed with one goal in mind: to simplify backend office management for small business owners so they can focus on their business,” said Laura Miller, Chase’s Business Card President, in a company release. “By giving small business owners the ability to easily, quickly and more efficiently manage their finances and the financial activity of their employees, they have more time to focus on their passion and grow their small business.”
The mobile app and online tools are available exclusively to Ink from Chase cardholders. By automatically syncing with the cardholder’s online Chase account, the mobile app allows customers to use on-demand reporting and download receipts anywhere.
According to the release, Chase currently serves 4 million American small businesses, providing them with access to flexible payment solutions and customized resources through its Ink from Chase card service.
