    For this particular quarter, mobile was a standout revenue driver as more and more businesses turned toward Facebook, particularly on the advertising side.

    “SMBs … we think, are a very core competitive advantage for us. It’s prohibitively expensive for most small businesses to reach people digitally,” Facebook COO Sheryl Sandberg said during the earnings call with analysts.

    Here’s how Facebook’s mobile figures broke down:

    ~$4.26 billion | Mobile advertising revenue during Q1, which represented approximately 82 percent of Facebook’s advertising revenue during Q1, which was up from 73 percent a year prior.

    1.51 billion | The average monthly mobile active users on Facebook, a 21 percent YOY increase.

    989 million | The average number of mobile daily active users on Facebook, a 24 percent YOY increase.

    50 million | The number of SMBs that actively use Facebook Pages.

    40 million | The number of SMBs that are active on Facebook Pages via mobile.
