MediaForce Teams With AP Software Firm FastPay

GaleForce Digital Technologies’ media planning and buying tool, MediaForce, is collaborating with accounts payable (AP) software provider FastPay. The latter firm simplifies manual workflows such as payment schedules and check runs, according to a Wednesday (April 7) announcement.

Agencies map out and purchase media in MediaForce prior to reconciling invoices by harnessing the invoice reconciliation module from MediaForce, the announcement stated. The approved invoices are sent to FastPay after that time. FastPay’s technology links up with major accounting platforms to allow for a connection between an agency’s media buying and accounting software.

“The technology that FastPay brings to the independent agency space is exactly what we are looking for when seeking partnerships to enhance the functionality and effectiveness of our products for our clients,” GaleForce Digital Chief Operating Officer Erin Labrato said in the announcement.

GaleForce Digital Technologies, which is based in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida, offers media planning and buying software in addition to digital marketing tools, among other offerings.

Beyond the MediaForce media planning tool, the firm’s collection of products includes review generation and reputation management system ReForce and local search management technology LocalForce. The company also offers ClickForce for paid search advertising.

MediaForce said in the announcement that it “continues to use the newest technical advancements in the advertising industry to uniquely satisfy its clientele.”

In separate news from December, Corporate Spending Innovations (CSI) told PYMNTS it will be spending more to strengthen its cloud-based offerings for B2B payments for advertising and media needs.

President David Disque said it was a “key focus” for the firm to help invest in media payments, which could strengthen expediency and efficiency.

CSI works with multiple sizable media platforms. The firm is putting capital into product development and is launching additional avenues to maximize card spend optimization.

Liane Sanson, divisional president of media sales and operations, said the firm was “launching exciting enhancements to our data analytics solution that will take actionable data to the next level for our clients and partners.”
