Accountants are some of the hardest working people in finance, and now, their lives might just get a little bit easier. At least around tax time.
Sage Software, a cloud accounting platform, announced its integration with Entryless to scale the process while going more paperless.
Now, Entryless will provide thousands of Sage One users access to its automation cloud solution focused on bills.
The paperless trend has certainly expedited and corralled data. The new features are to help the accountants become more efficient in their work.
“Before we came around, the bill automation options only offered partial solutions. They only worked with some suppliers, and there were large startup costs that often kept businesses from buying the software,” said Entryless Founder Mike Galarza. “We want to solve every company’s payables issues and solve them quickly.”

Entryless allows bills to be captured and translated automatically. Bills can be sent through nearly any format through a dedicated Entryless email address or be uploaded through the site or even the mobile app, which is available for both iOS and Android. Clients can then audit and approve the bills.
Already helping to speed up processes.
“Sage One accounting software has helped us save about five hours a week in bookkeeping,” said Dan Perpeluk, who owns Crossover Media.
