Chain Store Age reported that online custom menswear eStore retailer Knot Standard is opening its first in-person shop — a store-in-store location in Bloomingdale’s Manhattan flagship on 59th Street.
Knot Standard boasts maximum customizability for its menswear customers. On its eStore, customers use 3D modeling technology to create unique garments from over 1,000 different fabrics in real time. Customers can fully visualize their designs before buying.
Its new store-in-store will recreate this customizable online shopping experience. The shop requires no physical menswear inventory, only a 54-inch LED touchscreen.
