The new ADP Enterprise Payroll aims to help businesses effectively manage complex payroll processes while gaining insights into their workforce, the global provider of payroll and human capital management (HCM) solutions said in a Wednesday (Nov. 8) press release.

“In today’s fast-paced and ever-changing business landscape, organizations face the challenge of managing intricate payroll while maintaining a holistic view of their workforce,” Sirsha Haldar, general manager U.K., Ireland and South Africa at ADP, said in the release. “The launch of ADP Enterprise Payroll marks a significant step forward in the world of payroll, providing large businesses with the tools they need to adapt to a dynamic business environment while ensuring compliance and efficiency.”

One of the features of ADP Enterprise Payroll is its customizability, according to the release. Organizations can configure their payroll processes to match their unique business requirements, simplifying tax preparation and streamlining operations. This flexibility ensures that businesses can adapt their payroll systems to meet their specific needs, ensuring compliance and regulatory updates are met.

Seamless integration is another key aspect of ADP Enterprise Payroll, the release said. Through ADP Marketplace, the solution seamlessly integrates with a range of third-party vendors, providing businesses with a unified system for efficiently managing their payroll. This integration allows users to access a solution that covers all aspects of payroll management.

The new offering is also backed by ADP’s client support, per the release.

In another recent development in this space, RazorpayX, the business banking platform of Razorpay, expanded its Payroll Platform in September to cater to enterprises and large-sized businesses. Previously focused on startups and small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs), RazorpayX Payroll now offers advanced solutions for businesses of all sizes, ranging from two to more than 20,000 employees.

During that same month, BMO Financial Group partnered with DailyPay, a provider of on-demand pay solutions, to enable BMO’s commercial clients to offer earned wage access to their employees. This collaboration aims to provide real-time access to wages as they are earned, giving employees the ability to access their funds immediately through their direct-deposit accounts.
