Over the course of 2.5 days, from August 12-14, the most accomplished industry thought leaders and practitioners descended upon the Northwest Building on the Campus of Harvard University for Summer School™ 2014 powered by PYMNTS.com℠. Through cases taught by Harvard Business School Professors and Lecturers, “students” identified, discussed, and debated the issues that are core to the future of retail as we know it, and how new technologies can be harnessed to meet and exceed evolving consumer expectations.
