Uber Rolls Out Taxi Service In Asia

Mobile eHailing service Uber has begun testing its taxi service in Singapore, reports VentureBeat. The move marks Uber’s first foray into Asia, although the company is active in London and Sydney.

VentureBeat speculates that the move could be a precursor to Uber expanding to other Asian metropolitans such as Hong Kong and Toyko.
