Curious which food marketplaces have really delivered this month? PYMNTS is bringing the January edition of PYMNTS’ Provider Ranking of Aggregators right to you.
One ordering platform’s sudden rise has led to its just as sudden slide back down the ranking, slotting other apps back into their previous positions.
The Top Five
DoorDash has held onto its top spot, maxing out with a score of 100 points.
Uber Eats, for its part, remains in the No. 2 spot, and Deliveroo holds steady at No. 3.
Instacart, meanwhile, has made its way back up to No. 4 after getting downgraded last month. Similarly, Just Eat is back up to No. 5 after a brief stint in sixth place.

The Top 10
Continuing the trend, Zomato has returned to No. 6 after getting knocked down to No. 7 last month.
In seventh place, the culprit for all this shifting, Swiggy, which had jumped up from seventh place to fourth last month, has made its way all the way back down to No. 7, with its short-lived top five status coming to an end — at least for now.
Grubhub remains at No. 8 and Glovo at No. 9, while Menulog and SkipTheDishes continue to be tied for tenth place.
Check back in February to see which players remain in the lead, which lose ground and which pick up steam with the next PYMNTS Provider Ranking of Aggregators.
