• Retailers can offer Bling users rewards and discounts through social media or through mobile phone accounts. 

 

• Bling-enabled 2 cities so that residents use Bling Nation’s tap-and-pay system to pay their utility bills and long-term parking, as well as parking fine fees 

 

• Can now allow customers to use their debit cards or PayPal accounts to pay for goods they buy at physical stores
