PayPal Expands Payment Acceptance In Central America

    Later this month, Costa Rican-based businesses will be able to sell their products to all PayPal users. The agreement will connect those businesses to American consumers without requiring the creation of a U.S. bank account, the report explains.

    PayPal has roughly 110 million users across the globe.
