Onebip, a mobile payment startup, debuted a mobile browser-based purchasing solution this week.
The Onebip Mobile Browser lets consumers in 70 countries pay for digital content by charging purchases directly to their mobile carrier. It works on each of the major smartphone operating systems, including iOS, Android, RIM and Windows Phone.
