LightSpeed, a 2005 company that develops innovative shopping technologies for use within brick-and-mortar retail locations, raised $30 million in a round of equity funding from Accel Partners, TechCrunch reports.
According to the report, the Quebec-based company’s shopping technologies are used by nearly 10,000 retailers, and revenues have grown by 2,000 percent over the past five years.
