Alliance Data Systems will acquire Bon-Ton Stores’ $475 million credit card portfolio, American Banker says. Bon-Ton operates 272 stores in 23 states.

    Earlier this year, Alliance Data acquired a card portfolio from jewelry retailer Premier Designs; renewed its card servicing deal with Gardner-White; and signed a multi-year deal to create a credit card program for Blue Nile, the report says.
