TrustPay, PayPal Partner To Offer Account Top-Ups In Eastern Europe

PayPal’s Central and Eastern Europe division and TrustPay have teamed to add a new functionality for their customers in Estonia, Hungary and Slovenia. The new feature will allow PayPal account-holders to transfer money and pay online without the need for a bank card.
