Turkish bank FI Turk Economi Bankasi has updated its CEPTETEB mobile app to allow its customers to withdraw cash from ATMs without using a card, notes ATM Marketplace.

    The app generates a QR code, which can be scanned at the ATM allowing access to a personal account. TEB is the only bank in Turkey to have implemented smartphone ATM withdrawals.
