eBay CEO: We’re Building The Uber For Delivery

eBay CEO John Donahoe said yesterday that he believes his company can provide same-day delivery at a massive scale, likening it to the Uber for delivery, according to All Things D.

    “We are building the Uber for delivery people,” Donahoe said at the Goldman Sachs Technology and Internet Conference. “We think we can do it at scale. No one single retailer can do it on their own, so we are building it for the retail industry and using our technology capabilities to build it.”
