The federal government has filed a motion to dismiss challenges to the Dodd-Frank act’s constitutionality, according to BankCreditNews.com.
The federal government claims that the case against Dodd-Frank, which is being made by 8 plaintiffs represented by 11 state attorneys, “lack[s] standing to assert [its] challenges.”
