Report: U.S. Credit Card Use Up 3 Percent In 2013

Credit Card use in the U.S. was up 3 percent on a year-over-year basis between January 1 and February 28 2013, according to a new report by Visa.

    U.S. credit payments volume is also up 11 percent over the same time, while debit payments volume is up 3 percent. The report also indicated a 10 percent jump in cross border payments volume for Visa cards, notes The Paypers.
