ChannelAdvisor, a cloud-based eCommerce tech company, has filed for an Initial Public Offering with the SEC for $86.25 million, reports TechCrunch. The company has raised $75 million to date from backers like eBay, Kodiak Venture Partners and others.
ChannelAdvisor’s chief clients include the likes of Eddie Bauer, Jockey, Dell and Ann Taylor, while ads are generated and listed on sites like Amazon, Google, eBay and Facebook.
