Citibank Bahrain Improves Online Security

Citibank Bahrain has announced the launch of their new security feature for online banking transactions, reports Gulf In The Media. The multi-factor authentication process for online and mobile banking platforms uses one-time PINs (OTP). The feature works by sending a unique number to the Citibank customer via mobile text message for each time they log into their online or mobile account. Customers will be able to conduct multiple transactions during a single Internet session.
