Cardtronics has purchased assets from ATM servicer Aptus Financial, according to American Banker.

    The terms of the deal were not disclosed, but APtus will convert to the Cardtronics USA brand and its Portland, Ore. Headquarters will become a regional office. A Cardtronics spokesperson said no decision has been made regarding the status of Aptus’ current management.
