Merchant Warehouse and retail technology company Retail Pro International have entered a new partnership, the companies revealed on Tuesday.
The deal will allow RPI’s retail clients to use Merchant Warehouse’s Genius Customer Engagement Platform, turning “traditional transactions into a point of interaction with their individual customers, enhancing the overall customer experience.”
