Zynga unveiled its real-money gambling games at an event in Barcelona, Spain, on July 10, VentureBeat reported. The social game maker introduced titles specifically for Facebook such as ZyngaPlusPoker and ZyngaPlusCasino.
Prior to this announcement, social game players could purchase virtual chips with real money, but were barred from cashing winnings into real currency. Zynga has not announced when the apps for these games would launch.
