EU Consumers Lose Confidence In Online Cross-Border Sales

According to eCommerce Facts, a new study indicates that European consumer trust is declining. Results show that only 35 percent of respondents claim they feel confident when purchasing online goods from sellers outside of the EU. Additionally only 11 percent of EU consumers said they made online cross-border purchases in 2012.
