Poll: Nearly Half Of UK Payday Customers Have A Positive Experience

Contrary to the UK government’s negative perception of the payday lending industry, a new poll reported by The Telegraph reveals that almost half of British consumers said they had a positive experience with payday loans. A third of respondents said they would not hesitate to take out more payday loans. The survey reports that consumers do agree with members of parliament and said that regulations do need to be improved. However, some respondents said they believe payday companies were useful because they provide a service that is neglected by the country’s high street banks.
