MasterCard, Travelex and Access Prepaid have teamed up to introduce a new spending tool for international travelers that can store multiple currencies on the same card, a press release revealed on August 13.
The Multi-Currency Cash Passport Prepaid MasterCard will be able to store up to five foreign currencies.

“Now they have the convenience of shopping in local currencies all on one chip card, wherever their travel plans take them,” Michael Weitzman, MasterCard’s group executive of U.S. markets, said in a release.
