    “Men are consistently more optimistic about their finances than women, which makes them more inclined to spend than their female counterparts, even in a shaky economy,” Wendy Liebmann, CEO of WSL, told the media outlet in an interview about the report’s findings.

    The researcher also revealed that 63 percent of male shoppers look for sales in store, and that 53 percent regularly use coupons, the eTail Blog reported on September 19.
