GE Capital, JCPenney Extend Credit Programs

GE Capital Retail Bank said yesterday that it will extend its private label and dual credit card program with JCPenney through February of 2020, according to a company press release.

    The program is managed by GE Capital’s Retail Finance business and began in 1999. It is available for purchases online and at nearly all U.S. and Puerto Rico JCPenney stores.
