Amazon has dropped a third-party seller pricing policy that drew criticism and scrutiny from German antitrust officials, AllThingsD reported on November 26.
Amazon’s policy was accused of being anti-competitive, due to an agreement clause that restricted sellers from using lower prices on other eCommerce platforms.
