    Finextra reported on Jan. 10 that 64 percent of respondents to a YouGov survey said they would rather use an online or mobile banking channel, as opposed to visiting a branch or calling one for assistance.

    Younger participants leaned more heavily toward digital channels while older respondents opted for traditional methods.
