The ongoing patent battle between SecureBuy and CardinalCommerce heated up this week as SecureBuy filed a declaratory judgment in U.S. District Court in Mississippi.

    “Additionally, SecureBuy has filed petitions with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office to have these CardinalCommerce patents also placed into post-grant review. The legal action was provoked by CardinalCommerce,” the company wrote in the release.
