SecureBuy Disputes 3-D Secure Patent-Infringement Charge

SecureBuy does not infringe on any 3-D Secure patent claims cited by CardinalCommerce, the company announced in a Jan. 14 press release.

“Additionally, SecureBuy has filed petitions with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office to have these CardinalCommerce patents also placed into post-grant review. The legal action was provoked by CardinalCommerce,” the company wrote in the release.
