Amazon Just Says No To Bitcoin

While other retailers are considering taking on bitcoin, and some like Overstock.com have made the jump to accepting the increasingly popular crypto-currency, Amazon has stated publicly that it has no intention to start doing so.

    “Obviously it gets a lot of press and we have considered it,” Amazon Payment’s Tom Taylor told Re/code, “but we’re not hearing from customers that it’s right for them and don’t have any plans within Amazon to engage Bitcoin.”
