eCommLink- Pioneering Personalized Prepaid Platforms

Peter Zuong has held executive positions at State Farm Insurance & Financial Services, California Institute of Technology, Bank of America and Wells Fargo Bank. Yet he still maintains a love of learning, citing his customer service training as a significant influence over the course of his 20-year career.

Now, Peter once again looks to enhance the consumer experience through his new role as Chief Information Officer for eCommLink, a prepaid processor. In this exclusive NEXTcast interview, he reveals why eCommLink is positioned to add value to the payments industry, his plans to drive innovation in technology and how he thinks prepaid services could be improved for customers.

        


 

Executive Bio: Peter Zuong, Chief Information Officer

Peter Zuong brings to eCommLink more than 20 years of experience leading the design, implementation and integration of enterprise-wide solutions. As CIO, Zuong provides leadership and direction for all aspects of information technology, including the creation of technology and operational blueprints, the development of globalization strategies and the management of resources to drive the ROI and business impact of technology.

Prior to eCommLink, Mr. Zuong held executive leadership roles with State Farm Insurance & Financial Services, California Institute of Technology, Bank of America and Wells Fargo Bank. Most recently, Zuong served as Chief Information Officer and Managing Director of Genesis Capital, a private investment group, where he defined the overall strategy and created the operating framework for high-profile clients.

Zuong received a master’s degree in business administration from the New York Institute of Technology, and holds a bachelor’s of science in industrial and organizational psychology and a bachelor’s of science in finance from San Jose State University.
