Minnesota Bank & Trust announces a new mortgage group that will provide a full suite of standard and niche residential mortgage products and services. Minnesota Bank & Trust Mortgage is led by a team of expert mortgage lenders with over 100 years’ combined experience in the mortgage industry. Brett Toyne, group manager, has recruited top talent in the industry from Wells Fargo Mortgage, MetLife Home Loans and other companies to offer a high level of service and extensive knowledge of mortgage financing.

Toyne is responsible for managing the growth and production of all sales and operations and will manage regional sales. He is joined by Mark Kurth, area sales manager, who will manage the oversight of local sales and operations, and Denny Bennett, private mortgage banking manager, who will manage oversight and productivity of the Private Mortgage Banking Department. The leadership team will oversee a staff of 20 mortgage lenders and personnel who are being hired from all over the country.
