Stop By the Bank Without Leaving Your House

Alior Bank recently made its case for being recognized as the world’s most technologically capable financial institution with the debut of its new Alior Sync services.

Alior Sync customers don’t visit physical branches — instead, accountholders log online to interact with tellers and other bank staff, which can be reached by audio or video call, or via text chat.

The product suite also includes mobile apps (separate versions for Android and iOS device owners), as well as financial management software and PayPal integration. Perhaps most notably, Alior has partnered with IND Group to let accountholders transfer funds to their Facebook friends from within Alior Sync’s site, Finextra says.

After spending eight months developing the project, Alior Bank hopes to attract a million customers over the next four years, the report says.
