African Consumers Are Still Wary Of Mobile Money Services

According to Humanipo. many consumers in Africa remain cautious of mobile money programs and they remain concerned about the level of their security. The issue was discussed at the AITEC Mobile Money conference in Nairobi earlier last week, and it was reported that 44 percent of non-mobile money users do not believe the services are secure. There is a still a huge lack of trust in the services, however many consumers do have a high level of trust in mobile operators across the region.
