Asda, Morrison, Arcadia Sue Visa Over Card Fees

Bloomberg reported that several retailers in the UK have sued Visa over payment processing fees. The three companies, Asda (owned by Wal-Mart Stores Inc.), William Morrison Supermarkets Plc, and Arcadia Group Plc, took legal action in a London court on July 23.
