Barclaycard Lands Punch In High Street Card Fight

Barclaycard announced their entrance into the credit card war as they have revealed a 0 pence, 27-month balance transfer card, reports The Telegraph. The new card outdoes both NatWest’s and RBS’s 0 pence, 26-month offers, but there is an abnormally high 3.5 pence transfer fee. The balance transfer card program enables customers to pay back debts from other credit cards.

New customers who register for the card will be allowed to make three or six months of interest-free purchases. After the offer, interest rates will be from 18.9 and 29.9 pence.
