Global payment processing provider Braintree has retooled its payment platform to offer enhanced fraud protection, a September 5 press release revealed.
Braintree says it will now analyze customer purchase behavior across a large number of merchants to more accurately recognize fraud and take action.
“Our experience in processing more than $10 billion of online and mobile commerce annually has given us the data and expertise needed to deliver comprehensive tools that further protect our merchants and stop fraudsters,” Braintree CEO Bill Ready said in a September 5 statement.
