Crowdfunding is growing dramatically, nearly doubling last year and increasing by nearly 81 percent from the year before, according to a Massolution study.
North America and Europe largely dominated the crowdfunding market, taking more than 95 percent of total funds, as VentureBeat notes. Masssolution predicts that crowdfunding will reach more than $5.1 billion in 2013, with 72 percent of that total coming form North America.
