Eximbank, MasterCard Bring Contactless Payments To Vietnam

Vietnam’s Eximbank and MasterCard have partnered to introduce contactless cards in Vietnam. The agreement will see the issuing of 25.000 contactless cards, converting the bank’s existing customers’ cards to PayPass enabled cards. The bank will also carry out a development project to foster the installation of PayPass terminals by retailers in Hanoi and Ho Chi Mihn City.
