Kalixa Group, DeviceFidelity, and MasterCard have collaborated for the UK launch of the moneto prepaid mobile wallet for NFC-powered iPhones. Customers using the mobile wallet will be able to use the mobile wallet to pay for goods and services at any MasterCard PayPass retailer in the country.
The companies announced the service would soon be eligible for Android users, and revealed plans for future launches across Europe in the coming months.
