    The federal government claims that the case against Dodd-Frank, which is being made by 8 plaintiffs represented by 11 state attorneys, “lack[s] standing to assert [its] challenges.”

    AGs from Alabama, Georgia, Kansas, Michigan, Montana, Nebraska, Ohio, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Texas and West Virginia maintain that Dodd-Frank violates portions of the Fifth Amendment.
