Ingenico Introduces Biometric Technology, iWB Bio Series
Ingenico, a French-based payment service provider, has introduced the iWB Bio Series, which authorizes biometric authentication via mobile and fingerprint solution, reports The Paypers. The iWB Bio Series integrates four authentication elements, namely the Chip, PIN, fingerprint verification and GPS, with payment options that include NFC, contactless, magstripe, biometrics and EMV Chip & PIN. Ingenico will use iWB Bio Series as a solution to help identify consumer population and understand the different needs they require.
