NAB’s Newest Payment App

National Australia Bank (NAB) launched its new peer-to-peer payments app on September 25, a company press release revealed.

The app is available on Apple and Android phones. NAB customers can use the tool to send and receive payments without entering account numbers.

“NAB Flik offers customers another way to choose how and when they do their banking and removes the need for any awkward conversations about who owes money,” Antony Cahill, NAB’s executive general manager of digital and direct banking, said in a September 25 statement.

For more on the app’s features, which include QR code creation and scanning and near-field communication (NFC) technology, read the full release here.
