NCR Corporation has agreed to take over Loomis’ ATM technical service operations, according to Finextra. Around 150 Loomis technicians will transfer to NCR as part of the deal.
“This agreement gives us a partner with a strong technical service organization operating throughout the country. Together we can offer our customers a unique service concept for ATMs,” said Regional President Northern Europe and Country President for Loomis, Kenneth Högman.
