ProPay Finds Favor With Merchants

The EcommerceBytes awards survey polled merchants to assess the quality of their service providers, and awarded its highest overall score to ProPay. ProPay ranked first in customer service, account holds/rolling reserves and restrictions and resolution process and fees.

“To receive this top recognition is an honor, as the readers surveyed are actual clients of payment service providers, making the results even more meaningful,” ProPay president Greg Pesci said in an October 17 statement.
